Nickelodeon Consumer Products UK has signed two deals with major UK licensees on accessories and greetings for the world’s favourite yellow sponge, SpongeBob SquarePants.

J Fox has signed the squishy character for a range of bags, including messenger and tote styles, plus wallets, purses and belts. The product, launching from spring 2011, will be sold across a variety of channels including speciality retailers and department stores.

Greetings cards, including electronic greetings, gift-wrap and calendars are the key products in a stationery deal signed between NCP UK and Danilo for SpongeBob SquarePants.

The deal includes personalised greetings that are launching via market-leading specialist retailer Clinton Cards as well as through Danilo’s own website.
